We believe in beginners! Join our classes for easy to follow instruction.

If you have never heard of Downward Dog but would love to learn, join my yoga classes! They're catered to beginners unless stated otherwise.

Pole is fitness focused. Think of it as a conditioning class created to build strength for future tricks. As you get stronger, we'll adjust your workouts to match your new abilities!

In Yoga Trapeze you'll get a great workout and stretch that greatly improves your mobility
with regular attendance. Available Mondays & Tuesdays.

Friday-Sunday book a pole, chair dance or yoga private party for your special occasion or just for fun!
