Calm Crafting
Center + Create
Calm crafting sessions offer a slow, intentional space to connect with yourself, and others you invite, through activities like slow coloring, DIY facials, floral card making, and journaling exercises. Perfect for personal growth, birthdays, showers, or simply gathering friends. These sessions can be personalized to your occasion.

Pole
For Fitness & Fun!
Whether you choose to focus on dance or fitness, expect to build strength, mobility, and loads of confidence in a supportive setting. Private or semi-private pole sessions focus on progression, meeting you at your current skill level and helping you advance safely while enjoying the process.
Relational Yoga

Relational Yoga sessions are curated to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships in a safe and stablizing setting. Laci uses relational intelligence techniques to change patterns, create clarity, and share actionable next steps. Each session is designed to leave you feeling understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward with confidence.

Yoga Nidra – Deep, guided relaxation for nervous system reset.
Restorative Yoga – Gentle, prop-supported poses for rejuvinating rest.

Mat Pilates
Grounded Excercise
Mat Pilates is a floor workout that strengthens your core, improves posture, and enhances body awareness. Using controlled movements and proper alignment, each session will guide you to lasting stability, flexibility, and confidence in your body. Ideal for anyone seeking a structured practice in a personalized environment.


Our Director
Laci Lopez
Laci is a professional movement and wellness facilitator who transforms ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences. With a foundation in classical ballet, advanced training in dance, pole fitness, yoga, Pilates, and yoga trapeze, she creates classes and workshops that are dynamic, engaging, and accessible to all levels.
Her sessions go beyond physical movement—drawing on meditation, authentic relating, trauma-informed peer support, and nonviolent communication—helping participants cultivate focus, energy, and emotional balance. Laci has guided corporate teams, community groups, and individual students for organizations including Procter & Gamble, LSUA, Our Lady of Sorrows, Alexandria Museum of Art, and Connect Humanity.
Whether you’re seeking a high-energy fitness class, mindful movement session, or corporate workshop that enhances team wellness and engagement, Laci delivers professional, high-quality experiences that leave participants energized, empowered, and more connected.

At House of Healing, we understand that wellness is deeply personal. Our approach is centered around your goals, pace, and journey. We offer single session appointments, and quarterly semester series. Choose to share sessions, or keep them all to yourself.
Semester Series | Pole, Yoga, or Mat Pilates
$50 / session
Over 10 weeks, gain strength, stamina and a whole lot of confidence. Book solo or shared. Two participant max. Sessions are 45 minutes. Semester starts January 2026 and classes slots are filling! PayPal payment plan available by emailing corewellco@gmail.com.
Semester Series | Relational Yoga, Yoga, Yoga Trapeze, Mat Pilates
$80 / session
Solo or semi-private, there's a lot of flexibility and endurance to be gained through our semester series. Choose your focus and let's create your personalized 10 week course. Sessons are 45 minutes. Three participant max for Yoga Trapeze, four participant max for Mat Pilates, Yoga and Relational Yoga.
Mixed Series | Blended Experience
$75 / session
For those who want it all, choose our 10-week trial package where we give you and one other person a taste of all we offer. Package does not have to be shared, but can be with a partner, family, or friend. Super cute date idea for couples, a deep bonding experience for friends, or something solo where you focus on yourself. Sessions are 60 minutes. Two participant max.
